For over 15 years the diving center Nereo Sub has been operating in Sportorno, a holiday resort in the Savona Province.

All year it is possible to dive in a mild climate due to sea conditions particularly calm throughout the winter months.

For non divers, there are splendid beaches and sports activities, many places of interest, both cultural and scenic along with many evening events form sure ingredients for a successful holiday.

Sportorno is a holiday town with 30 Hotels of different categories able to offer a wide range of weekly, long weekends and other packages at competitive prices.

Food in Sportorno is typically Ligure, which has a great tradition in sea food recipes. There is also many facilities including camping sites, flats for rent or residences.

These places are easily reached by Car (Autostrada dei Fiori), Railway (Stazione di Sportorno), Plane (Genova or Albenga) and Ferryboat (Genova and Vado).

The Nereo Sub diving center offers all the necessary comforts including changing rooms, hot showers and for the short journeys at sea a specific fast 10mt diving boat.

All the diving equipment is rentable directly in the diving center, over 150 tanks in various measures, complete diving equipment for over 40 divers, tanks can be pressurised in Air, Nitrox,rebreather and Trimix.

The dives can be mare on the sea front from Arenzano to Albenga and are adapt for all diving experiences and grades.

The Bergeggi Island (Marine park) many wrecks (Haven,Tiflet and Perotta) and other diving sites such as Marassi, Magazzino, Garage, Stelle, Corallo Nero, ecc) offer a range of opportunities to all divers that want to have a holiday in this splendid location.
